Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or sales periods.

Shipping Time:

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $100.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Salt & Zulu is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Salt & Zulu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
